Conference Rooms
We have a state of the art conference centre with the flexibility to cater for any size event, from 2 delegates to 340.
There are 8 different combinations of suites to suit anyones requirements.
Diamond Suite
The Diamond Suite which is ideal for up to 340 delegates theatre style or 200 caberet style.
The Diamond Suite can aslo be split into 3 smaller conference rooms, known as the Emerald, Ruby & Sapphire Suites. Each individual suite can hold 85 delegates theatre style, 48 cabaret style and 40 delegaes boardroom style.
All rooms are fully air conditioned
We also have all different types of audio & visual presentation equipment you may need to make the whole event a professional presentation.
Pearl Suite
The Pearl Suite is ideal for up to 24 boardroom style or 48 theatre style with air conditioning and natural daylight.
Gold & Platinum Suite's
The Gold & Platinum Suites are designed for smaller groups to produce a professional presentation in a private and intimate environment.
They are ideal for syndicate rooms or for a small board meeting of up to 12 delegates or are oftern used for interviews.
Additional Facilities
- Equipment Hire available including; Data Projectors, Screens, Laptops, DVD player, Television, Stage, Microphones and Lectern.
- Facsimiles and Telephones are available also.
- Every suite has FREE High Speed Broadband Internet access allowing you to securely access your emails or VPN the office server.
- Refreshments and Sandwiches are available. There is also an option for a Daily Delegate Pass to the Leisure Club.
